Tape off the brown E/W1 wire and any will work. If you want separate emergency heat control then you need the 3rd Gen Learning version.

Your system is only compatible with the Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat.

You can wire it like this

Red - R to Rc

Orange - O to OB

Black - C to C

Yellow - Y1 yo Y1

Brown - E/W1 to * (set as Emergency Heat)

Green - G to G

White - W2 to W2
