Wire Configuration

So I just purchased a nest and took apart my thermostat. When I opened the thermostat these were the wires shown without labels. Can someone help me identify which is which or even if it is compatible.

I can see the labels behind the wires above the terminal block. They are not colored so they are hard to read.

I'm going to guess that it's wired like this.

Red - RC (jumpered to RH)

Green - G

White - W

Yellow - Y

Just match the labels and the jumper is not needed.
