5 digit code for 2FA does not arrive

Hello, as many others have reported, the 5 digit verification code does not arrive when I try to log in to my nest account. The email associated with my account is a hotmail address. I have checked the junk and spam folders and the verification email is not there. I've tried the pw reset flow and that works fine. Please advise. Currently I can't log in to my nest account to manage my settings. Thanks.

Apologies for the delayed reply. I wanted to reach out to see if you are still having trouble with the device. Please let me know if it is still asking for a verification code, as I would be happy to take a closer look.
