Trying to identify exact model number of Nest thermostat

Hi there,

Recently purchased a Nest Learning Thermometer (3rd gen) and looking to claim a rebate from my local power company. Unfortunately, it's not super simple, and I need a specific model number like "T3016US".

How do I find this? My Nest app only shares the Model as "Display-3.7," for example. Any ideas?
