Just Hot Water

Hi all, can I ask if my thermostat is set to eco and I just boost my hot water is the water meant to get hot because it isn’t?

if I turn on both heating and hot water then it will get hot but I don’t always want to have to turn on my heating to get hot water?

Hey @WayneFarrow74,

Thank you for reaching out! The behavior you are describing is not normal and it sounds like there might be the case of a stuck valve. The best thing to do would be to have an installer over to check your system. If he says that everything seems fine, than please contact us with him there so that we can also check the system from our end.
