Yes. Any mobile device you are logged into with your Google Account can control the Nest Thermostat as long as the Google Home app is installed.

Birdsdogsnocats, I hope you've got the answer you're looking for. Just to add though, if you have the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E, you can also control them on multiple mobile devices using either the Google Home or Nest app as long as you're logged into the correct account and you have internet access.
