Need to allow heat/cool mode change while locked

Please please please fix the nest FW to add the option to allow mode changes while locked. We own an Airbnb I’m in a climate that may require heat and cool in the same day. Our guest HATE the nest auto mode and have told me in my reviews. As a result I have been forced to leave the nest unlocked. Guests are super happy being able to switch between heal and cool mode. And as you may have guessed, about every 6 months, a bored teenager thinks it’s cute to factory reset the thermostat, wiping out my connectivity. This is a 600 mile round trip drive for me to fix, and I’m done making it. Please please please please add in this option!
