Your system is only compatible with the Nest Learning THermostat, 3rd Gen.

You can try this wiring,

Red - R to Rc

Brown - T - not used

Orange - O to OB

Green - G to G

Yellow - Y to Y1

Black - X2 to * (set as Emergency heat)

Blue - B to C

White - W to W2/AUX
