Hi I installed my nest over the winter and the heat has worked fine. I have 2 zones and had to install the power connector to the relay for the basement nest to get power.
I have central air upstairs and when I went to turn it on yesterday it didn’t work. (Wiring as shown in picture) I called around and an HVAC person said to tie the CRG wires together and the ac would work. This actually did work but now I have no control over the cooling from the nest as the wires are not inserted. To turn off the ac I have to unwrap the wires from each other.
What do I need to do to connect the nest to my ac again? Do i need another power connector?
