Nest not cooling

It has been 5 hours and my nest is still at 87!

I wanted it be 74. It said in 2 hours but nothing. Why is the setting I choose not getting close to 74

and blowing hot air.

I’m having a similar problem and don’t know why. Is it the thermostat or my HVAC system?
