Hi maturinoi,

The picture seems to be a fairly low resolution and slightly blurry so it is hard to see all the terminal letters. Based on the number of wires and the letters that are visible it is probably compatible with at least the Nest Learning 3rd Gen. HOWEVER, I cannot be absolutely certain until the labels are visible. Post a better picture if you can, or use the Compatibility Checker to verify.
