No Cool Mode on Nest Thermostat

I installed a nest thermostat in the winter and had no issues. Now that it is summer, I am trying to turn it to cool mode, but it simply does not show this option.

I have a nest on my other home and we never had this issue.

Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with the cooling mode of your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this. Could you share a photo of your Nest Thermostat's wiring? Also, please make sure that all the wires are seated properly on your Nest Thermostat.
