Nest app wont connect to thermostat.

The thermostat has been installed and works fine. It is connected to the wifi, it has an IP address and was able to check for updates during set up. I am able to see the MAC Address in the router, so there are no connection issues. When I try to add the thermostat to the nest or home app, I keep getting either a TD013 or TD024 error. My phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi the thermostat is connected to but I can't add it to my app.

I also cs t get my wired door bell to add to the app. I've had the door bell for months now, and it works perfect with my Google Home App.

Joshknick31, what specific Nest thermostat is this? If it is not the new Nest Thermostat, you need to set it up using the Nest app and not the Google Home app. Now, if you're getting TD013 or TD024, I suggest that you go through the suggested troubleshooting steps here: https://bit.ly/2N8dyvF

Granny34, could you tell me more about what you're experiencing with your thermostats? Are you getting a specific code or message as well? Also, what specific Nest thermostats do you have?
