Hi - my nest learning thermostat is set to use hone assist to monitor my holiday let.

Since installation in January it has NEVER registered an event.

The ‘what decides’ setting is off for mobile & on for product so what else should I check ?

Any ideas welcome !

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

A few things to check for us to further isolate the issue. Check the location of your Nest Thermostat. Since you're not using your phone location to trigger the Home Away Assist feature, it's possible that the sensor from your thermostat is not detecting any movement in the house. Try to select your phone location to contribute and help your Nest Learning Thermostat to do a better job.
