I checked on the attached photo and the wire labels aren't clear and I can't tell if it is compatible with the Google Nest thermostat yet. Could you take another photo that would show the wire labels?

Yes, your thermostat is compatible with any of the Nest thermostats

Give this wiring a try

White - W to W1 or W

Red - R to Rc or R (jumper not needed)

Green - G to G

Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y

The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat

Nest thermostats are designed to work without a common ("C") wire in most homes. During installation, a small number of customers may find that the Nest Thermostat does not receive sufficient power. The Nest Power Connector or a C wire may be necessary. See g.co/nest/cwire for details.
