Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

I'd like to check a couple of things for us to further isolate the issue. Could you restart your thermostat, app and Wi-Fi router? This way, we'll be able to refresh the connection between them. Close the app and relaunch it. Check if there's a pending update from the app store or play store.
