I can’t see indoor temperature

I restarted and I also did factory reset but I don’t see current temperature of the house. I can see set temperature but I don’t see indoor temperature…

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with viewing the current temperature in the app. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
What is the app version of your Google Home app?
Is the current temperature showing in the Nest app?

The same issue is continuing. it doesn’t show current temperature of the house… I really hope if there is a bug this will be fixed with the new update…I think the thermostat I have is first generation, white one…

There is no change, I cleared the cache from safari but it did not solve the issue
