Google Nest Learning Thermostat delayed

I have a 2nd Gen learning thermostat. About a week ago, it started showing a delay when trying to heat my house and that time just keeps changing and the heat never comes on. I am showing 3.792v power when I look in the technical info on the Nest device. I have uninstalled the app and factory reset the Nest device and it still is not working. Any troubleshooting things I can do to get this working?

How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
What's the power reading of your Nest Thermostat?
