Sorry for the delay but thanks for reaching out. I want to get into the bottom of this.

A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat is this and when did this start happening? Are you getting a message or a code on your Nest app or thermostat display? Also, is this happening across all devices where a Nest app is installed? It would be nice as well if you could provide a rundown of the steps you've already tried so we'll pick up from where you've left off.
