Unable to enroll in rush hour rewards

Unable to unroll in rush hour reward. It used to work before nest.com migration to google.

Am trying to signup for rush hour reward with Sawnee EMC and it is in an endless loop which keeps directing me to support.google.com.

When i click on signup under my provider (sawnee emc), it starts off with this url

https://home.nest.com/energy-partner-enrollment?id=e89b697c-5900-4c9f-a3da-66a67f5d7908

But since, potentially, this link is broken, it directs me back to

https://support.google.com/googlenest/topic/11116263?app=true&country=US&locale=en_US

which again just lists the providers.

please let me know if there is some solution available ?

I'm having the same issue when trying to sign up for rush hour rewards via SMUD. Every time I click on "Sign Up" I get directed back to the list of energy providers.

Same here, Sawnee has ZERO info on how to unenroll. My upstairs is sitting at 87 and I have to constantly change the temp becasue it keeps turning off for the "rush hour".
