Nest Thermostat Delayed while trying to cool.

While attempting to cool my home, the thermostat says delayed and the a/c will not kick on. I do have the common wire connected, so I do have constant power so low battery is not a concern. There are no issues while using the heat, this just started when I attempted to use the a/c. Attached is a picture of the wiring.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with calling for cooling with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this. Could you check the power readings of your Nest Thermostat? You could find this information by going to your thermostat's Settings > Technical Info > Power.
