The Thermostat is resetting. Back in a bit

I am trying to complete the initial install and have completed everything up to scanning the scan code on the back of the thermostat. However, when I hook up the thermostat to proceed 'I'm getting a "The Thermostat is resetting. Back in a bit" and I'm not getting the Entry Key Code to proceed. The unit is just timing out and it does not return to setup.

Have you tried using the entry key from the settings menu, and forget the scan code?

You also need a good charge in the battery.
