Hi.

I'm getting an error message H71 - thermostat can't connect to Heat Link. What is a 'heat link' and where can I find it??? Sorry if this is a stupid question but my home didn't have an old thermostat previously.

This is the white box with a large round button in the middle, installed somewhere near your boiler (it.may be hidden out of site) and connects wirelessly to your Nest thermostat...check to see if there are any small led lights showing on it.

Hey @Fretmelter. It's a white box with Nest written on the middle. Usually it's installed next to your boiler. Did you find it?
