I want to operate my thermostat manually. Set it at 72 and it stays at 72 until I manually change it. I have shut down WiFi & Internet. There is electric connected. I paid an Airconditioning specialist to disable all previous auto settings but still it keeps changing the temperatures. HELP PLEASE

Hey Beav,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble keeping your thermostat at the desired temp. Let's jump in and see if we can find the root cause of the issue. Do you mind me asking if you are seeing any schedules set up in your thermostat? Do you mind letting me know which thermostat you own? Let me know, so I can look further into this for you.

Best regards,
