Thermostat problem

I want to operate my thermostat manually. Set it at 72 and it stays at 72 until I manually change it. I have shut down WiFi & Internet. There is electric connected. I paid an Airconditioning specialist to disable all previous auto settings but still it keeps changing the temperatures. HELP PLEASE
