Nest thermostat saying Please remove the thermostat from base then reattach; blue light circles nest

Not sure what todo I dont have C Wire but i charged this for a few hours and after a few hours of use it said this and the blue light starts to circle the message.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. To isolate the issue, please try removing the device from the base and double-checking the wires behind. They should be snug, so they are not pushing the device forward.
