Which app are you using? The Nest Learning Thermostat can be viewed and controlled by both the Nest App and the Google Home app. Can you upload a screen shot?

Lji, sorry to hear about your experience with your Nest app and for the delayed response. I want to get into the bottom of this.

A few questions — what is the make and model of your phone as well as the Android or iOS version of it? Was there a recent update made on your phone or Nest app recently? Also, is this only happening on your phone or does it happen across all mobile devices where a Nest app is installed? If you could also provide the screenshot that sporfrog is requesting, that would be awesome.
