Hot water not working

my hot water has started to play up. Randomly, the hot water symbol remains grey when scheduled to come on and therefore no hot water. I have seen issues mentioned in previous posts but can’t see a resolution.
I have tried factory reset of schedule, logged out of app etc. but no luck! Very frustrating!!!!!!!

please can anyone help???

Thanks for reaching out. You did a great job in troubleshooting. Let's check on this — what country are you located in? Are you seeing any message on your thermostat? Also, do you have a system or a combi boiler? Is the control On/Off or Opentherm?
