Nest not turning on ac condenser, not cooling

Ac not turning on, heat works fine. Have checked wiring, have reset breaker and thermostat. Problem is I just moved here so I don’t know the original wiring. Unit is new.

I wonder if I have the same issue as Keli as posted a week ago, buy I don’t understand the solution.

Ie needs an additional wire.

Sorry to hear that your AC is not turning on.

What type of Nest thermostat do you have? Are you getting a message or a code on your thermostat's display when you try to call on cooling? Also, could you provide a photo of how your thermostat is currently wired now?
