I had same issue and so have others. most are able to fix it by starting over on app and reset everything but when you come to the part where it ask what wires you have connected: Dont say the blue (C) wire. Just say you have 4 connected and it should work. You do connect the blue one but dont tell the app that when you are prompted to pick which wires are connected. not sure why it works but has for many people
