My fan is constantly running even though it says it’s off. Is there anyway to get it off?

My fan was not turning off either. I came here and found a few things...

1. New update messed things up and Google hasn't fixed it yet

2. I turned off the breaker and furnace (which shuts down fan) I moved my red wire from Rc wire to RH

3. Turned back on breaker and system

4. Hold down Nest for 10 seconds to reset

5. Turn off max/min settings

I'm not sure which thing did the trick but nothing can hurt and my system is ok until they fix the software issue.
