Nest thermostat locked

Powers been off for a couple of days - Put back on and My nest thermostat has power but is frozen with a rectangle and home icon - recognised by my app but can’t connect to heatlink which will not flash blue light to pair - any help or advise please

Hey @BRH1,

Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but I'll do my best to help you out. Can you try to reset the Heat Link and let me know if you see any lights on it? You can do that by pressing the button on it once to wake it up and once again for 16 seconds to reset it.

Hi thanks for replying - I actually managed to sort this yesterday. After trying to follow so many 'help' links on the app I realised that rather than simply restarting the heatlink I needed to go further with a factory reset (basically just hold the reset button for longer) it then entered pairing mode and hey presto sorted.
