Can’t seem to get my nest thermostat set to pull out humidity. Any suggestions?

To effectively reduce your humidity, set your AC to run at a low temperature for two hours right before dawn. We usually use 72 but the point is to make the system run for a solid block of time while the outdoor temperature is at its lowest and the the humidity is near its highest. We find that the resulting humidity reduction lasts most of the day, so that we don't need to run the AC again until 4PM or so. (This is in South Florida and the advice is from the electric co. there.)

(I assume you're asking a question about general AC strategy, not about the Nest in particular. I apologize if I didn't understand your question.)
