      <title>Setting Up a New Account on a Previously Installed System</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am setting up a new account and reset the devices to factory setting. My learning thermostat will not connect to wifi, despite wifi functioning well for all other devices. I can't get past this screen to 1) manually enter my network name or 2) set it up without wifi. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
