Nest thermostat is off-line yet my Wi-Fi is working and there’s no power outages,

I I need a little help I’m not at home , so I am able to log into my security cameras and see that my central air on my furnace is indeed running but my nest app shows it to be off-line so I am unable to control my thermostat remotely I have rebooted my modem from my remote location all security cameras are working everything is fine but the nest app is not showing to be online. Ideas?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about your Nest thermostat.

Does it appear offline only on your phone? Have you tried accessing the Nest app on another mobile device or using a computer's browser by logging in at https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w? If yes and it still shows offline across these devices, I'm afraid we might need to do further troubleshooting but we need to be on the same location as your thermostat.
