Wiring question

I just got a Nest Thermostat and am confused about the wiring. I have Y, G, and W wires, they're easy. Then I have red and black wires going to RC and RH respectively. Those RC and RH wires are also linked with a cross-over wire.

My new Nest thermostat has places for Y,C,W G, R and OB.

My question is, where would I install the RC and RH wires to? See pics below for current and new. BTW, I have a separate furnace and A/C but a common fan.

Your current thermostat is wired wrong, when you have RC and RH, the cross-over wire is not supposed to be there. The new nest not going to be compatible with your current setup if you have RC and RH. The older NEST E will support RC and RH I think.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community.

It looks like you have a dual fuel or dual transformer system because of a separate AC and furnace. Check out this link to know which Nest Thermostat is compatible with your HVAC unit.
