    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the air compressor starting outside and are you certain it’s functioning properly? &amp;nbsp;It’s most likely a problem with your capacitor, a bad switch or compressor, not the thermostat. &amp;nbsp;The capacitors go most often. &amp;nbsp;If all of those things are running, it might be low on coolant if the air just isn’t getting cold enough. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No matter how cool we set the thermostat it isn’t cooling our home. &amp;nbsp;We can have it set to 50 and it’s currently 83 in my house. &amp;nbsp;We got an alert a week ago or so. &amp;nbsp;Not sure how to troubleshoot or fix. &amp;nbsp;I’ve swapped batteries, shut off and turned on. &amp;nbsp;Nothing is working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
