can you take a picture of your wiring and post it?

typically Rc is used when your system wants cooling turned on.

You can get the same error if you blow a low-voltage fuse.

Is this a newly installed thermostat or has it worked before? If it was working before, were there recent changes made on your HVAC system, wiring, or thermostat prior to getting the code? Also, have you tried the suggested troubleshooting guide here: https://bit.ly/3FFXcRS
