Hey MartyB,

Thanks for the photo and I understand your confusion. My apologies as well for the delayed response.

What is the make of your current thermostat? Is it possible for you to trace where the blue wire connected to the B terminal on your HVAC's control board? It could be that this is a common wire but we need to make sure. If you have the manual of your thermostat, you could also double check there.

I finally figured out how to call and got help through email. The thermostat was successfully installed same day..
