instead of a/c coming on, heat comes on. I think wires are correct.

Attached is a picture of the nest connection, and the Carrier thermostat that was removed.

The colored wires were all on the respective spots.

Thanks for reaching out. If your system starts to blow hot air when your Nest thermostat is in cool mode, change the settings for orientation of your heat pump. For additional troubleshooting steps, please visit this support website article and let me know how it goes.
