Nest thermostat

Heats when set to cool, cools when set to heat.

I'm a hvac tec. All wires are wired correctly.

The problem is in the thermostat and their is no setting i can change on the nest thermostat. Any suggestions?

Figured it out the nest needed a factory reset and to use the customers phone to manually add the wires through the app
