My wife changed her iPhone to an android phone. She now has a new number but nest will not let her change the phone number even when she has the same email address. Any ideas?

I have the same problem here. I have changed my google personal info phone number to my new number, but nest app still keeps sending codes to my old phone number.

Hey everyone,

Thanks for being here in the Google Nest Community.

It is recommended to have access to your old phone number since Nest will send the code to it one last time to make sure that your account is secured. If you're no longer has access to it, we recommend doing a complete reset on your Nest devices and then do the set up using the new account and phone number.
