I have watched various you tube installations etc. but when I plug my thermostat E into a main socket it is like it’s completely dead? I’ve tried different sockets in my house and even a different charging plug?! Still no power? I read somewhere to pop the front off and charge via the micro usb charger? Has anyone else experienced this?
