Compatible with Neptronic Model TSU00-110?

I have a Neptronic Model TSU00-110

Those are the connected wires.

1 COM Pwr White
2 24Vac Pwr Black
3 Com (B0) Black
6 BO3 (Binary Output 3) White
7 BO4 (Binary Output 4) Black
8 BO5 (Binary Output 5) Black
9 BO6 (Binary Output 6) Green

Not sure what is the equipment installed, but It is part of a large condo complex. There is also a large unknown controller in a ceiling access panel. It is a 3 Speed fan, heat/cool.

Based on the wiring labels you've included, it is different from the compatible wires for Nest Thermostat. Could you share a photo of your current wiring configurations from the old thermostat?

Thanks for answering, I'm not allowed to upload images, but here is a link to the wiring.

I've asked the Condo management the permission to install a Nest thermostat, and they refused. Actually i found out that I am not paying for the cooling and heat from that HVAC 🙂
