Just got Nest thermostat. Not sure which model. It was regular $129 but on sale for $99 if that helps. It has a side touch button but nothing on front. I think it's the Nest E. Anyway, I guess comfort, sleep, eco mode doesn't work on E model????

How to tell what model you have: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9246551?hl=en

According to that page, it's the Nest Thermostat (no "E" or other modifier on its name) that has the side button, but you'll be able to tell from the pictures.

Then read about your model here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9248184?hl=en&ref_topic=9361968

The capabilities -- or, at least, what they're called and how you control them -- vary greatly between the Nest Thermostat and the other (E or learning) models.
