topic W2 and Y2 wires in Nest Thermostats

W2 and Y2 wires

I have a geothermal unit that has a heat pump I have two wires left over on my new Nest Thermostat wiring block. A W-2 and a Y2 there's still one terminal left on the wiring block it's a star OB which one goes in it and what do I do with the other one. Thank you for any help

Thanks for posting.

Could you provide a clear photo of your current thermostat wires showing the terminal labels of where the wires are connected to so we could double check? Also, what type of Nest thermostat are you setting up?
