Leaf Question?

Why doesn't the leaf appear when I raise my cooling temperature? It only appears when I lower the heating temperature 🤔

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community.

What specific Nest thermostat do you have? If you have the Nest Thermostat E or Nest Learning Thermostat, the Leaf will appear based on pre-set temperatures on the first few days after it was installed. After that, Nest will personalize the Leaf to your home and temperature schedule:

The Leaf will always appear when your thermostat is set to the following temperatures:
- When heating, the Leaf will appear when the temperature is set to 62°F/16.5°C or below.
- When cooling, the Leaf will appear when the temperature is set to 84°F/29°C or above.

The leaf appears on mine when I lower the heat below 67F or raise the cooling above 77F which makes no sense to me🤔

It's the Nest learning thermostat and it was setup a few years ago 🤔

There is no delete option there is only an edit option 🤔

If you are logged into your account, the option should be under the drop down menu. Please let me know if you are still having trouble seeing that, as I would be happy to take a closer look into that.

I am logged in to my account but when I click on the drop down menu there is no delete option there is only an edit option. When I click on the drop down menu in this reply to you then there is a delete option makes no sense to me🤔

I can delete some of my replies but not all of them and there is still no option to delete my original post this is very confusing 🤔
