I started the process diy and I dont think its compatible. Maybe I need a C wire and the HVAC companies I called to help have dismissed me. I have attached pictures for reference

Hey Maritzag,

I wanted to jump in and see if I could be of help. Using our Compatibility Checker, I am showing that your system should be compatible. You will want to remove all jumper cables. From what I can tell, is you will want to wire the system using W, Y, RC, G. Here is an article with more details on the wires you are seeing. Please let me know if you have any questions from here.
