I have had a nest for a while but hadn't been around enough to monitor operations on site. Software is 6.2-27, airwave is on and I have on the seasonal savings. Occasionally it will go into a 3 minute reset, which I ignore. But I have caught it at least twice while running and standing outside next to the condenser the compressor will stop and restart almost as if the contactor flashed control voltage. Wondering if there has been glitch with the seasonal savings, airwave or any thing else that could cause the symptom.

I would love to know too. My house is at 86 degrees and it’s 94 out. I set it to 76 but it’s like the compressor isn’t cycling like the AC doesn’t work anymore. This is insane.

When did this issue start happening?
Does this issue only occur with seasonal savings enabled?
Have you restarted the thermostat?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
