Replacement thermostat NOT Working!!

I received a replacement thermostat because my original one that I purchased in April 22’ stopped and wasn’t able to connect to wifi network.

the refurbished replacement wont allow me to enter setup phase and blinking green light remains after charging it overnight via USB.

please help

Hey M77,

I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with your new device not connecting to the Wi-Fi. I understand that this is not ideal. I found an article that has some troubleshooting steps. Please let me know if that helps out, or if you are still having any trouble from here.
