Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with connecting your Nest Thermostat to your Google Wifi. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

How far is your Nest Thermostat to your Google Wifi?
Are you getting any messages?
Are there any other devices that you're also having issues with connecting to your Wi-Fi?
